Some Assembly Required

Year 2291. Cabaret dancer Zinnia Orsolo once sold the rights to her face to pay rent, and now a line of luxury companion androids wears it. Running from a debt syndicate, she hides aboard the Halcyon Belle, a gilded pleasure-liner cruising Saturn's rings, by taking the place of one of those androids in its shipping crate. She gets unboxed by Auden Castellane, the liner's heir, a man who swore off human women after one tried to kill him in his bed. To keep her passage she has to be a flawless machine: no blushing, no eating, no sleeping, no bleeding, no lying to her owner, and no wanting.
