Heat Lightning

On the sun-drenched island kingdom of Solmara, indentured weather-witch Ottilie Vantrosa is hired to keep the sky perfectly clear through the crown prince's seven-day royal wedding — by Solmaran law, rain on a royal wedding voids it, and if not one cloud falls, her crushing Guild debt is erased. Her magic has one flaw: her pulse IS the weather, and desire makes storms. The prince's exiled half-brother, gorgeous privateer captain Leander Castellane, needs the wedding to fail — so he sets out to seduce her into a hurricane.
