1. Introduction
toon-hub.com is operated by ToonHub Tech Ltd and its affiliated entities. These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Payment and Refund Policy, form the complete agreement governing your use of the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
2. Definitions
“We,” “our,” or “us” refers to ToonHub Tech Ltd. “You,” “your,” or “user” refers to the individual accessing the Site. The “Service” refers to all platform functionality, including access to digital content. “Products” refer to content accessible through subscriptions or Coin purchases. “Coins” refer to in-app credits purchased on the Site for unlocking paid content.
3. Description of the Service
We offer access to digital content through a subscription-based model and via in-app credits (Coins). Subscribing or purchasing Coins grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and consume designated digital content. You do not acquire any ownership in the content or its intellectual property. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
4. Account Registration
Certain features require account creation. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts for false data, duplication, or violations of these Terms.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Users under 18 may only use the Site with supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Misrepresentation of age may result in account termination.
6. User Content
Users may submit content (e.g., comments, profiles). By doing so, you affirm that you hold rights or permission to submit the content and grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use and display it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from harmful or abusive behavior. This includes not uploading offensive, infringing, or illegal material, accessing restricted areas without permission, impersonating others, or attempting to harm the Site or its users.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to digital comics, artwork, designs, layouts, branding, and source code, is the exclusive property of ToonHub Tech Ltd or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a subscription or unlocking content with Coins, you receive a personal, limited license to view the content. You do not acquire ownership rights.
We reserve the right to remove, modify, or discontinue any content from the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to expiration of our licensing rights. This applies even to content that has been previously accessed or purchased using Coins or subscriptions.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled as described in our Payment and Refund Policy. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
10. Coins (In-App Credits)
Users may purchase Coins to unlock individual episodes or premium content. Coins do not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Coins are valid only within the Toon Hub platform. All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
11. Use of Content
By subscribing or unlocking content with Coins, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and view the digital material. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
12. Disclaimer
The Site and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim liability for data loss or system failures.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months before the claim or two hundred U.S. dollars (USD), whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToonHub Tech Ltd, its affiliates, and employees from claims related to your Site use, submitted content, or breach of these Terms.
15. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites may appear on the Site. We are not responsible for their content or availability and disclaim liability related to their use.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
17. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus. By using the Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any right to object to such jurisdiction.
