This Payment and Refund Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and refunds are managed on toon-hub.com (“we”, “our”, or “the Site”). It should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By subscribing or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Processing

All payments on the Site are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and third-party payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, all prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

If you are paying in another currency, your bank may convert the amount using its own exchange rate and may charge additional international transaction or currency conversion fees. These are not controlled or reimbursed by us.

2. Subscription Model

Access to our premium features is offered via a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually).

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You may cancel by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings (if available).

Simply discontinuing use of the Site or deleting your account does not constitute a valid cancellation.

3. Coins (In-App Credits)

Toon Hub offers a virtual credit system called “Coins,” which can be purchased using real currency. Coins may be used to unlock specific episodes or premium content within the Site.

  • **Coins do not expire** and remain available in your account until used.
  • Coins **cannot be exchanged for cash**, refunded, or transferred between users.
  • Coins are valid exclusively for use on toon-hub.com and have no value outside the platform.
  • All purchases of Coins are **final and non-refundable**, except where required by applicable law.
  • Using Coins to unlock content does not constitute a separate subscription and does not automatically renew.

Users are encouraged to review their purchases carefully before confirming, as we do not offer refunds for accidental or unwanted Coin transactions.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

In general, all payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or outlined below.

We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • A payment was made without authorization (e.g., with a stolen or compromised card).
  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the service.
  • You are legally entitled to a refund under consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually. Granting a refund in one instance does not imply any future obligation.

5. Special Legal Rights

Residents of California (USA):
You may cancel your subscription within three business days of registration without penalty or obligation. Full refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your valid cancellation notice.

Residents of the European Union:
You have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of subscribing. You may receive a proportionate refund for any unused portion, unless the digital service was fully delivered and you waived your right to withdrawal by requesting immediate access. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].

6. Voluntary Refunds (Discretionary)

In certain limited cases, we may approve voluntary refund requests at our discretion. This may include:

  • Mistaken or duplicate payments
  • Account closures requested within a short period after billing

Voluntary refund requests are limited to five (5) per user. Promotional or complimentary content is not eligible for refunds.

All refund requests must be submitted within 120 calendar days of the original payment. Your request must include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for the request
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, receipts)

We will respond to most requests within 48 hours. If further information is required and not provided within 7 days, the request may be declined.

7. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage users to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. In many cases, issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.

Chargebacks made without contacting us first may result in a temporary account suspension during the investigation.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. All changes become effective upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
