How does the subscription work?
You can read the first three episodes of any comic for free. To continue, you’ll need a subscription that grants unlimited access to premium content.

How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email or Google authentication.
How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by contacting our support. Cancellation stops auto-renewal, but you retain access until your billing period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods via Solidgate.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, premium memberships renew automatically every 1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or 24 weeks, depending on your plan. Your renewal date can be found in the Account section.
Why should I purchase a subscription?
A subscription grants unlimited access to all webtoons for the duration of your plan.
How do I confirm if my payment was successful?

Once your payment is processed, subscription details will appear in your Account.

  • If the information hasn’t been updated, ensure you’re logged in with the correct email.

I subscribed, but I can’t access the comics. What’s wrong?
  • Make sure the email used for subscription matches your account email.
  • Check your transaction history to confirm payment success.
  • Log out and log back in to refresh your account.

I can’t get into my account.
If you’re having trouble logging in, make sure you’re using the correct email or social media credentials. If needed, reset your password. If issues persist, contact our support team at [email protected].
How can I reset my password?
  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link.

Note: Password reset is unavailable for social media logins. If you don’t receive the email within 15 minutes, contact [email protected].

How can I change my password?
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Account page.
  3. Select Change Password, enter your current password, and set a new one.

Note: This feature is not available for social media logins.

Email vs. Social Media Log-in – What’s the difference?
  • Email log-in: Requires a registered email and password.
  • Social media log-in: Allows quick access via Google, Facebook, Apple, X (Twitter), or other linked accounts.

Your log-in method can be viewed in the Account section.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account, please contact our support team at [email protected].

⚠️ Important:

  • This action cannot be undone.
  • If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled immediately, and you will lose access to all content.
  • Any unused coins in your account will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or recovered.

Can I download comics for offline reading?
Currently, comics are available for online streaming only.
How often is new content added?
New episodes and series are added regularly. Soon you will even be able to follow your favorite comics to stay updated!
How can I track the comics I’ve looked at?
Your activity is automatically saved in the My Library page, allowing you to continue where you left off.
What should I do if I face an error?
